   Since starting my service career in 1991 I have worked as both a Technician and Service Manager. I have worked for some small service companies, and some major corporations such as Sears and Maytag,
   In 2017 I decided it was time to work for myself so I started Fixed Right Repair. I wanted complete control over how my customers are treated and the ability to pursue additional industry training without the restrictions of “corporate red tape”. I believe in dealing with my customers directly and professionally, the way I expect to be treated as a customer myself. That’s also why I always return phone calls and respond to emails received before 8PM, the same day!
